Email delivery via Mailgun

To deliver messages submitted through the contact form, we use the Mailgun service provided by Sinch Email (Mailgun Technologies, Inc.). The data you enter in the contact form (name, email address, message) is transmitted to Mailgun servers in the EU (EU endpoint: api.eu.mailgun.net). Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (contract fulfillment or pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in reliable delivery of inquiries). A data processing agreement (DPA) with Mailgun is in place.

4. Hosting

Microsoft Azure

This website is hosted on Microsoft Azure (Azure Static Web Apps). The provider is Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, USA.

When you visit this website, server log files are automatically collected by your browser. These include your IP address, browser type and operating system, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing device, and time of the server request.

This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of their website — server log files must be recorded for this purpose.
